Last Thursday, I woke up sick. I only woke up because I that there was someone looking for me outside. Since I was sick, I ignored them and "waking up" 5 minutes later, I saw this on the table.

Greeeaaaaat, I thought. My fever's killing me. I opened the bag and found these inside:
